This batch features a proprietary mash blend of corn, wheat, barley. Re:Find provides a “mash bill” to the brew masters at Firestone Walker Brewing who then create a custom “wort” (liquids and extracted sugars from the grain mash) that Re:Find ferments, distills, and ages. This batch was aged in 10-gallon new American oak whiskey barrels. Utilizing smaller cooperage provides us the ability to develop extended aging benefits in a shorter period of time while giving us more control of our final flavor profile.
