Join Re:Find Distillery and bartender Steve for an immersive cocktail class during Distillery Trail Weekend.

This guided, hands-on experience is designed to deepen your understanding of classic cocktails. You will learn the foundations of balanced drinks, how to select the proper glassware, and how to identify flavor profiles that align with your personal taste.

With each concept, you will put knowledge into practice. Shake, stir, and build cocktails while gaining the confidence to recreate them at home.

Each guest will enjoy three mini cocktails, along with the opportunity to purchase the tools and ingredients used in class.

Mark your calendar for Friday, March 6, 2026, when Paso Robles transforms into a secret speakeasy destination. Behind an undisclosed door (location revealed one week before the event), guests will sip and savor barrel-aged creations from local distilleries and breweries, enjoy live music, a cigar lounge, and delicious nibbles that bring the night to life. 1920s era attire is encouraged!
