Our tastings are designed to be approachable, educational, and personalized. Guests can enjoy handcrafted spirits, limited whiskies, Villicana wines (we are a winery, too!), and stories about the sustainable distilling process that helped pioneer craft spirits in Paso Robles.

Wine & Spirits Flight: $40

• Experience both Villicana wines and Re:Find handcrafted spirits in a guided tasting designed to showcase the connection between Paso Robles wine country and craft distilling.
• The tasting is designed to be shared by two people.
• The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of two bottles.

Whiskey Flight: $40

• Explore a selection of Re:Find handcrafted whiskeys, each showcasing our small batch approach to distilling in Paso Robles wine country. Taste how grain, barrel, and time shape each spirit.

Club Members: Tastings are complimentary for members + 2 guests (4 total).

• Do I need a reservation?
  Reservations are encouraged, but not required. Walk ins are welcome based on availability.
• How long does a tasting typically take?
  Most guests spend approximately 60 to 90 minutes enjoying their tasting experience, though you are welcome to relax and stay longer.
• What if I only want to taste wine, or only spirits?
  We are happy to customize your experience. Guests may enjoy wine only, spirits only, bottle service, or wines by the glass on our patio. We are here to guide you to the experience that best suits your interests.
• Can I purchase wine or spirits to take home to enjoy?
  Yes. Guests are welcome to purchase wine and spirits following their tasting. Our team is happy to help you select bottles to enjoy now or cellar for later.
• Can I buy a cocktail?
  We are not licensed to serve cocktails. However, we may occasionally offer sample cocktails as part of an educational tasting experience.
• May I bring a picnic?
  Yes! Guests are welcome to enjoy a picnic outdoors during their visit. If you would rather travel light, we also offer a selection of cheese, crackers, and spreads for purchase.
• Are dogs allowed?
  Yes. Leashed dogs are welcome on the property.
• Are children allowed?
  Yes, families are welcome. We ask that children are chaperoned at all times.
• Is smoking permitted on the property?
  Due to severe fire risk conditions, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• Planning a larger gathering, celebration, or wine country weekend with friends and family? We would love to have you.
• Tasting fees will be charged the day of your visit to the credit card provided based on the number of tastings enjoyed, plus a 20% gratuity.
• Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the tasting will be charged $40 per guest.
